We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to Cancel an Order
Immediately contact us through email Info@Magana-GenetX.com or by phone (800)998-7034. If the order has not shipped yet we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
If your order has already shipped we will send you a return shipping label. Once the item has been returned to Magna GenetX at 66 Prospect St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 a refund we be issued after inspection and approval of the return. Shipping costs will not be refunded and there may be a 15% restocking fee.
Order Damaged Upon Arrival
You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to address this issue. Please send photos and description of issue to Info@Magana-GenetX.com. The situation will be assessed for acceptance of the return.
Faulty Manufacturing
If there is a manufacturing issue report to us immediately. We will record this issue and address it as necessary.
Broken After Use
Unfortunately we can't help with any issue caused by customer use. If the product is broken due to subpar quality we will replace the item.
How to Change an Order
If your order has not shipped you may contact us to change your order. If the order has shipped we will exchange it as long as the return is in its original condition. The customer will have to cover all shipping charges.
Product Exchange
Customers may exchange products as long as this is within 30 days of purchase. The returned product must be in original condition and customer must cover all shipping charges.
Receival of Incorrect Product
Magana GenetX will correct any error made on our end. The correct product will be shipped with return material for the incorrect product. Once the correct product is received the customer must send back the incorrect one. Magna GenetX will cover all shipping costs for our error.
