Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a return and/or refund.

To start the refund process, you can contact us at Info@magna-genetx.com. Please note that returned items will need to be sent to the following address: [66 Prospect St Poughkeepsie, NY 12601]

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products Never Arrived

You must contact us within 24 hours of estimated delivery.  If the product does not show delivered on the tracking we guarantee to get your product to you within 13 days.  

If your tracking shows delivered please check your entire property, as the logistics company may have placed the item in a unique spot.  Please check with all friends and family members to make sure they have not picked up the package for you.

If you are unable to locate the package please contact us.


Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-delivery issues must be addressed within 24hours of the tracking's delivery confirmation.  Packages marked as delivered by tracking will be considered completed sales.

Faulty Manufacturing

Magana GenetX guarantees quality products and will exchange or return any damaged product.

Changing an Order

You may change your order.  Contact us to change your order.  If your order has not shipped you may change your order free of charge.  If your order has shipped you may return or exchange it within 30 days, the customer must cover all shipping costs.

Receival of Wrong Product 

We will take care of any issues with receival of a wrong product.  We will ship your new product with return packaging to return the incorrect one.  Magan GenetX will cover all costs in this case.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable after 30 days post purchase.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  For more information see the Return Policy.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
