Processing / Handling Time
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days of placing your order. Exceptions apply if the order falls on a holiday or shipping is affected by weather.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Order cut off time is 2PM.
Average Shipping
Average shipping time is 7 days.
Delivery Time
Shipping time varies upon the service selected. Shipping times are presented by the logistics companies UPS, USPS, or DHL. These are estimates of the number of business days that a package will be in transit. They do not take into consideration the processing time. All orders are guarantied to be received within 13 days of placing the order.
Shipping Warehouse
All dietary supplements are shipped from the east coast of USA. Merchandise or accessories may ship from a different location.
Shipping Costs
All domestic US shipping is free! Free shipping is sent by standard services selected by us only. You must select a paid tier if you would like expedited shipping.
International and paid shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
International Orders
Magna GenetX™ ships worldwide.
Magna GenetX™ does not take responsibility for international shipping issues once the package has left the US. Magna GenetX™ does not issue refunds or reships for undelivered packages unless the package has been returned to sender.
The importer (customer) is responsible for understanding local laws and import regulations. Any and all import fees are the responsibility of the importer (customer).
